                When I see the smile of them, I will be warm and relax. They are the energy of me.

My fieldwork feeling ; just sharing with you

     After ten times of teaching experience, I truly feel that you want to become a kindergarten teachers is a not an easy task. Everything should be mainly in young children, to choose their lives and interested theme, make it easier for them to put into learning. At first, I thought the work of the kindergarten teacher is very simple and easy, but it was later found that this idea is wrong. Pre-school education is no longer the past, just focus on results, but to make the children to the development of the whole person, let them find the answers from the inquiry in I also hope that future pre-school education in accordance with these teaching methods, and even design better learning so that young children is a happy learning.

    In addition, I also found that the addition to his teaching, the teacher is also very important. Teacher in the school instead of the parents of young children, the teacher's every move, the children are seen clearly. That is because children will imitate the teacher's behavior, teachers have to lead by example. And the kindergarten teachers is the first point of contact of children in the study phase, the kindergarten teachers to try every means to make children tired of learning, to foster children a positive attitude towards learning is.
